After experiencing dental anxiety herself as a child, Dr. McDougall is passionate about creating a positive, comfortable dental experience for every patient. She believes in leading with compassion, open communication, and kindness — taking the time to listen to each patient's unique needs and concerns, and developing personalized treatment plans designed to support long-term oral health and confidence.
Dr. McDougall loves spending quality time with her family — her husband, daughter, and their dog. She also enjoys reading, organizing, and cooking, and values creating meaningful moments both at home and in her practice.
Dr. McLaws earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from Arizona State University before going on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in 1999. He is an active member of several professional dental organizations, reflecting his ongoing commitment to excellence in his field.
Dr. McLaws is dedicated to providing the personalized, one-on-one care every patient deserves. He takes the time to truly listen, thoughtfully addressing any questions or concerns. Known for his kind and compassionate approach, he ensures that each patient feels comfortable and fully informed about their treatment options.
Dr. McLaws enjoys traveling, cooking, mountain biking, and scuba diving. He is also a big Star Wars fan. As a father, he understands the importance of family-centered care and takes pride in helping patients of all ages maintain healthy, confident smiles.
It was while working as a dental assistant after high school and throughout his college years that Dr. Wildung's passion for dentistry developed. He earned his doctorate at Virginia Commonwealth University and has practiced dentistry since 2015.

Dr. Wildung is a loving husband and a devoted father. He loves spending his free time with his family and enjoys playing racquetball or bowling when his schedule allows it.
Dr. Folson received his DDS at Loyola University of Chicago in 1979. He subsequently completed a VA General Practice Residency with the University of Michigan, then returned to Loyola for a two-year Residency in Periodontics, earning a Master's Degree and Certificate of Specialty. In 1982, he started a private practice limited to Periodontics in Peoria-Sun City, AZ. In 1988, he completed the rigorous examination process to become Board Certified with the American Board of Periodontology. He joined Dr. Wildung's practice in September 2024.
Dr. Folson has surgically placed dental implants since 1991. At Family Care Dental, he collaborates closely with Dr. Wildung and our registered dental hygienists to help patients maintain their natural dentition and achieve a beautiful, healthy smile.
Dr. Folson and his wife of 45 years, Gretchen, are from Grand Forks, North Dakota — they were high school classmates of Norwegian heritage. They have a special-needs adult daughter, Berit. Son Paul and daughter-in-law Tamar reside in California. Steve and Gretchen enjoy cruises, gardening, going to movies, and their wire fox terrier, Finnegan.
