Are you accepting new patients?

Yes — we are always welcoming new patients of all ages, from your first baby tooth to dentures and everything in between. Use the form above or call us at 480-926-7363 to schedule your first visit.

Do you take my insurance?

We are in-network with most PPO dental insurance plans. Give Jenny at the front desk a call with your carrier and member ID, and we'll verify your benefits before your appointment so there are no surprises.

I'm in pain — can I be seen today?

We reserve same-day slots for dental emergencies. Call us as early in the day as you can at 480-926-7363 and we'll do our best to get you in. Saturday emergency openings are now available too.

What should I bring to my first visit?

A photo ID, your insurance card, and any recent X-rays or treatment notes from a previous dentist if you have them. Check the new-patient box on the form above and we'll email the intake paperwork so you can fill it out before you arrive.

I have dental anxiety. How do you handle that?

You're not alone, and we get it. Tell us in the form or on the phone, and we'll go slowly, explain every step, and check in with you throughout the visit. Patients regularly tell us our team made them feel calm and at ease — that's not by accident.
